With more than 35 years of experience in journalism and media, Vasindra Mishra has worked across print, television and digital media, with extensive experience in reporting, editorial leadership, newsroom management and media development.

His career began in print journalism in 1988 and progressed through leading media organisations including Prabhat Khabar, Amar Ujala, The Times of India and Hindustan Times, followed by senior editorial roles with Zee Media and Network18. He has also led the launch and development of news platforms and editorial teams across India.

His professional experience extends to digital media, journalism education and public-sector advisory roles, including assignments with the Meghalaya State Industrial Promotion Board, IMS Ghaziabad and Haridev Joshi University of Journalism and Mass Communication, Jaipur.

An author of three books, Vasindra Mishra has been honoured by the Kashi Vidwat Parishad for his contribution to fair, fearless and objective journalism. His work reflects a longstanding commitment to credible journalism, responsible communication and public-interest storytelling.
