NAVYA works to promote the rights and well-being of women and children and to address gender-based discrimination, violence and unequal opportunities.
Our work includes gender awareness, prevention, rights education, empowerment and institutional sensitisation, with particular attention to the barriers that affect access to education, health, work and justice.
POSH: We provide awareness and training on the Prevention of Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (POSH) framework, including prevention, workplace responsibilities, complaint mechanisms and the role of Internal Committees. We believe POSH should be understood not merely as compliance, but as part of creating workplaces based on safety, dignity, equality and respect.
PINK ROOM: Pink Room is a women-centred initiative promoting menstrual health, hygiene, reproductive health awareness and women's well-being. It seeks to create safe spaces for information, discussion and awareness while addressing stigma and misinformation surrounding women's health.
